Careers at Hilton are one of the best activities that allow us to promote the greatest opportunities that we provide for the youth at the Hilton Hotels all around the world.

Filling the earth with light and warmth of hospitality begins with our future generations which is why we make it our priority to start connecting, preparing and for sure employ for fresh innovations from our youth, which will create an extraordinary impact on the Hotels, Guests and Team Members.

This year, we decided to connect with some mature students from Zayed University and Al Ain University of Science & Technology. The event was centered around hands-on activities at the Front of House departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Kitchen. The students were amazed of how Hilton as a well-known multinational nation company can display so many values among the team members and at the same time taking pleasure in the work that we do.

The HR, Learning & Development, Blue Energy committee and Departmental Trainers team played a key role in organizing the activities for the students. At the end of the day we were proud to know that we managed to get the students to start thinking of a future career at Hilton.
